Lori is enjoying preschool and Alia is now crawling all over the house. Lori started preschool at the end of August and those mornings are still hectic- maybe I get the knack of getting ourselves together and out the door by Spring Break...
Well, its been two days since I started this post and many, many dishes in between. Thanksgiving was quiet, but a great day hanging out with our little family. Since Sam is home today, we gathered ourselves out the door and into the local swimming pool this morning. The water is a love-hate thing with Lori. She talks about going swimming for weeks on end, but when we get there she has a limpet-like attachment to you. She eases her grip after a little while, but only to explore very cautiously. Alia has yet to express any opinion of the water, she mostly watched the sunny reflections dance on the walls. Lori said the reflections looked like fire (they did dance like hundreds of little flames).
Auntie Miriam and Grandpa Jeff stopped by for a visit on her way to the Midwest.
